- Podeeny ki chutney bnaiyn.
- 1 boiled potato ko mash karein.
- Potato mein 1 tsp kali mirch 1 tbsp laal mirch 1 tbsp chaat masala 1 tbsp namak 1tbsp khushk dhaniya 1 tbsp khushk maithi chopped green chilli or dhaniya add kar ke mix kar lein.
- Aik bowl mein 5 tbsp baisan 2 tbsp corn flour, namak, laal mirch, kali mirch, chaat masala, khushk dhaniya, maithi 1 tbsp add karein thora sa pani daal ke mixture bana lein.
- Ab aik bread lein us py podeeny ki chutney ki layer lgayen dosry py ketchup 3rd py potato mixture or aik simple sb aik dosry py rakh ke layer bnaiyn or baisen waly mixture ka lape karein or fry karein kar kar ke cut kar lein.
