  3. Heat a pan. Add 2 spoons mustard oil. Add red chilli and panchfutan, let it crack. Now add chopped onion And green chillies fry a little brown. Add mustard paste, fried potato and chopped tomato. Saute well. Now add turmuric powder, chilli powder, salt to it. Saute well.Add 200 ml water and let it boil for 10 min in Lower flame..
  4. Now add fried Pohala fishes and let it boil for 3 mins. We don't need much gravy in this curry. Add coriander leaves and serve it hot with steamed rice..
