  2. You need 2 small of Eggplant (slim Japanese type).
  3. It’s 120 grams of Mixed ground beef and pork.
  4. Take 1 tsp of Grated garlic.
  5. You need 1 dash of Red chili (sliced).
  6. You need 2 of Bouillon soup stock cube.
  7. It’s 1 can of Canned crushed tomatoes.
  8. It’s 160 ml of Water.
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp of Olive oil.
  10. Take 2 tbsp of Ketchup.
  11. You need 1 tsp of Soy sauce.
  12. You need 1 tsp of Salt.
  13. Make ready 1/2 tsp of Sugar.
  14. Prepare 1 dash of Black pepper.
  15. You need 1 of Grated cheese.

  10. Boil the pasta as directed on the package in salted water. Once boiled, drain, and coat in the sauce while warming..
  11. Transfer to plates and garnish with grated cheese to finish..
