- Take of For sambher-.
- It’s 1 bowl of Arhar daal.
- Prepare 2 pieces of Carrots.
- You need 8-10 pieces of Beans.

Sambar, Idli with mint coconut sauce step by step
- Firstly wash then peel all the vegetables.. Then cut into small thin pieces.
- Now take a pressure cooker and put all the vegetables along with arhar daal & water…
- Add salt, turmeric and1spoon of oil or ghee.
- Flame on.
- 3-4whistles then low the flame.. Cook for 15 minutes more.
- Add turmerind water &sambher masala.
- Simmer.
- For tadka -take a fry pan..put 1tea spoon of desi ghee.. Add mustard seeds, dry red chilli& curry leaves.
- Transfer the sambher in a bowl.. Garnish with mustard seeds tadka.
- Sambher is ready.
- Serve hot.
