- Take 1 cup of all-purpose Flour/ Maida.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of salt.

- Take a dough small ball and roll the balls and thin Puri shape.. put 2 tsp stuffing at the centre..
- Apply water on the edges fold it like flares. bring all the edges together and seal it…. you can give any shape…..
- Grease the tin with oil place all the momos in the steaming tin….
- Once the water starts by boiling.. place the tin inside and steam for 15 minutes then after 15 minutes remove the lid….
- Veg momos are ready serve with momo chutney….
