- It’s Pinch of funnel.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1 spoon of Tamarind puree.
- Take 3/4spoon of sugar.

- Take a pan add ghee.
- Crackle jeera &heeng.
- Add Grated tomatoes ginger, chilli,coriandee powder.
- Add ciba turmeric powder.
- Add ciba Kashmiri Mirch.
- Add ciba kadoori methi.
- Add boil potatoes &salt.
- Cook 15 mnts in slow flame.
- Kaddu ki sabzi Ke liye pan me ghee dale add methi dana &heeng.
- Add turmeric.
- Add kaddu &ciba mirch.
- Add ciba coriander powder.
- Add ciba kasoori methi &salt.
- Cook 10 mnts &add tamarind puree and sugar.
- Cook 5mnts more…
- Serve with poori.
