  1. First boil the Milk in a thick bottomed pan and after boiling milk lower the flame.

  3. Now heat kadai and pour grated carrots in it and saute.
  4. When carrots started changing colour and leaving the side of kadai add milk, sugar and add milk powder and continuously stirring.
  5. Stir till all the milk dried up completely.
  6. Now add chopped dry fruits, crushed elaichi, ghee, stir till you see mixture starts leaving the sides of kadai.
  7. Garnish with dry dry fruits of your choice, serve hot or chill as your choice.
