- In a microwavable bowl mix well chana, pumpkin, turmeric and salt. Cook for 5 mins in microwave..
- In a pan heat oil and add panch Phutan. Let it splutter..
- Fry green chilli and onion till golden brown..
- Add ginger, garlic, red chilli powder and tomato puree..
- Cook in low med flame till oil separated..
- Add 1 tbsp water to the pan, curry powder, dhania and zeera powder. Cook till water evaporates..
- Now mix boiled chana dal +pumpkin and a cup of water..
- Mix well, cover and cook for 2 mins. Add garam masala and kasoori methi..
