- Prepare 2 of Chicken breasts cut up into long pieces.
- You need 2 Spoonfuls of Butter.
- Prepare pinch of salt.
- You need 1/4 tsp of paprika.
- You need Pinch of dried onion powder.
- Make ready Pinch of Cayenne pepper, a good pinch of Garlic powder.
- You need Pinch of Dried Cumin.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Black pepper.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Thyme.
- You need of Good Pinch dried Chilli.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Origano.
- Take 1/4 tsp of dried Onion.
- It’s 1 tsp of corn flour / starch.

- Mix all the dried spices and herbs together in a bowl add the flour and mix.
- Cut up the chicken breast into 12 pieces.
- Add the chicken to the dried mix and coat all over each of the pieces.
- Heat the non stick fry pan and add the butter when melted add the chicken and fry move the chicken around gently for 3-4 minutes.
- Turn over and fry the other side for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve Hot on a bed of lettuce and serve with Fries.
