Ingredients of Chilli Fish gravy
- Take 14 piece of Catla fish thin belly.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of flour.
- You need 2 tablespoon of cornflour.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of soya sauce.
- You need 1 tablespoon of red chilli sauce.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce.
- Prepare 1 table spoon of vinegar.
- You need 3 tablespoon of crushed garlic.
- Prepare 5 of slit green chilli.
- You need 1 of egg.
- Take To taste of Salt.
It was yummy, thats what i can say.I love all indo chinese foods, they are lip smackingly good.I have already made chilli paneer.Chilli fish is a popular Indian-chinese appetizer made by tossing fish in spicy chilli sauce.
Chilli Fish gravy instructions
- Cut the katal fish in small square size (take only the thin belly side).. Now mix the fish pieces with cornflour flour, egg, crushed garlic, soya sauce, Salt to taste.. Take pan add mustard oil heat for a few seconds then fried the coated fish pieces until it turns golden brown on both sides…
- Now add crushed garlic, cube sized onion fillets and capsicum, also add green chilli 's saute all the ingredients well for 1 minute… Now add Red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar mix all well.. Saute it for 1 minute now add the fried fish pieces and mix it with other ingredients well.
- Then take cornflour mix with water (if you want to make gravy) and add it with the mixture.. Let it cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.. Chilli fish gravy is ready to serve…
