Ingredients of Kheer of Pumpkin(Kaddu)

  1. Prepare 250 gm of red Pumpkin (Kaddu).
  2. Prepare 1 litre of boiled Milk.
  3. Prepare 100 gm of grated Nolen Gur (Khajoor gud).
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of Desi Ghee.
  5. It’s 1 tbsp of sugar (or more/less according to your taste for sweet).
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of grated Mawa.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of dry Coconut powder.
  9. It’s 1 tbsp of Cardamon powder.
  10. It’s 1 tbsp of chopped dry fruits.
  11. Take of Some Saffron strands (Keshar) dipped in warm milk.(Optional).

  3. Now add milk and stirr continuously. When milk start boiling, add grated gud,Mawa and coconut powder..
  4. Stirr continuously to get a thick consistency you want..
  5. Mix Saffron and Cardamon powder to the Kheer. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and nuts..
