- Make ready 5-6 of rohu fish pieces.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of mustard paste.
- Take 2 tbsp of curd.
- It’s 1 tbsp of tomato puree.
- Make ready 4 tbsp of mustard oil.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of kalonji/ nigella seeds.
- Take 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 4-5 of green and red chillies.

- Marinate fish with little salt and turmeric. Meanwhile soak mustard with 1/4th cup warm water for half hour.Make a paste of it with pinch of salt, curd and 1 green chilli and set aside.Heat oil and fry the fish..
- Sprinkle kalonji.When they crackle,add the fried fish and toss.Add tomato puree.Also add turmeric,red chilli powder,salt to taste.Add 1 cup water and boil for 5 minutes.When the fish is nearly done,add the mustard paste and 2 tsp mustard oil.Mix and give it a boil for 2 minutes.Garnish with few green and red chillies and chopped coriander.Serve hot with rice in lunch or dinner..
