- Dry roast vermicelli in kadai, use deep pan,soak peanuts in water..
- Add oil to kadai, boil water in another pan. Once oil is hot put cumin and mustard seeds saute add chopped chillies and curry leaves,add chopped onion saute,add peanuts..
- Now add boiling water to kadai, don't add 500ml at once first add half.add salt, sugar and lemon juice to it.once starts boiling add vermicelli to it.
