- Now add chopped capsicum and saute for 1 more minute at medium flame..
- Now add roasted vermicelli and add water. Cook it for 7-8 at medium flame..
- Once water is soaked completely, vermicelli upma is ready to serve. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves..
