- Take 1 tsp of Black pepper.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1 cube of Butter.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger powder.
- Take 1 tsp of Garlic powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of Onion powder.

- You need 1 tbsp of Thick curd.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Onion powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Garlic powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Garam masala powder.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Oil.
Tiranga Chicken Seekh Kebabs instructions
- Divide the chicken paste in 3 portion..
- Hariyali chicken:- Mix all the ingridients with the chicken paste and make a smooth paste. Then keep it in the refrigaretor for 1 hour..
- Malai chicken kebab:- Mix all the ingridients with the chicken paste and make a smooth paste. Then keep it in the refrigaretor for 1 hour..
- Hot & spicy chicken kebab:- Mix all the ingridients with the chicken paste and make a smooth paste. Then keep it in the refrigaretor for 1 hour..
- Afrer 1 hour now arrenge all the marinated chicken into the skwr and apply little extra marinating masala..
- Then place them into the cooking tray..
- Oven should be pre heated for 10 min in 200 digree centrigrated..
- Now cook them in 200 digree for 25 min and turn the other side after 10 min..
- After 25 min the kebabs are done and garnishing with cucumber,onion ring and tomato & ready to serve..
