Ingredients of Kaddu ka halwa
- Prepare 1 kg of Kaddu red.
- Prepare To taste of Sugar.
- Prepare As needed of Ghee.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Elaichi powder.

Kaddu ka halwa step by step
- Firstly cut pumpkin in small cubes and wash it.
- Let keep it for dry and heat pot with desi ghee.
- Than add pumpkin in it and mix well and cook for 10-15 min on medium flame.
- After that check it and mix again than add elaichi powder in it and put on low flame and cover with lid.
- After 10 min it becomes loose than mash it with masher and add sugar according to ur taste and cook it till become light brown.
- U can add dry fruits and crushed coconut too.
