Bitter Gourd salad Recipe. This is not very bitter when you add lots of lemon or lime juice and prepare it several hours before the meal. Thin slices of bitter melon (bitter gourd) are combined with julienned radish and carrot to make a refreshingly delicious pickled salad that can be served as a side dish to meat and seafood dishes.
You can have Bitter Gourd salad using 8 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you cook it.
Ingredients of Bitter Gourd salad
- It’s 2 of bitter gourd (deseeded and cut into discs).
- Take 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It’s 1 of finely chopped onion.
- You need 2 of finely chopped green chillies.
- You need 2 tsp of lemon juice.
- Take 2 tsp of Grated coconut.
- It’s as required of Oil.
- Take as per your taste of Salt.
