- Take pan add ghee and roast vermicelli for 5 mins on low to med flame.
- Roast coconut powder for 2 mins on low to med flame.
- Boil milk and stir continuously until it remains 1/4.
- Add sugar in the milk and stir continuously.
- Add vermicelli and dryfruits in milk and stir continuously for 2 mins.
- Grease a plate and shift the material on it.
- Garnish it with pistachios and cut into desired shape.
- Let it cool for 20 minutes.
- Our burfi is ready.
