Ingredients of Kaddu ka Meetha
- Prepare 500 gm of yellow kaddu.
- Prepare 1 bowl of sugar.
- It’s 1/2 bowl of chopped nuts.
- Prepare 1.1/2 tsp of fennal seeds.
- You need 2 tbsp of ghee.

Kaddu ka Meetha step by step
- Cut kaddu in round shape..
- Heat ghee in a pan..
- Add fennal seeds and sliced kaddu pieces into it..
- Saughte for 5 mints..
- Add sugar to it and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10-12 mints..
- Cook until kaddu soften and sugar syrup thickens..
- Add chopped nuts to it..
- Serve hot.
