- Make ready 1 cup of kaddu ke chhilke (bottle gourd skin).
- Take 50 gm of chana dal.
- Prepare 2 of onions.
- Make ready 4 of green chillies.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Haldi/Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1/2 of garam masala.
- Take As needed of Oil to fry.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- Take 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of besan/gram flour.
