- It’s 1 kilogram of Chicken.
- You need 3 tablespoons of Poppy Seed Paste.
- You need 2 tablespoons of Cashew Paste.
- You need 4 numbers of Green chilli.
- You need 2 teaspoons of Ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare to taste of salt.
- You need 2 numbers of Onion Chopped medium sized.
- You need of garam masala Solid ( cumin, cardamom, cinnamon).
- It’s 3 - 4 pinchs of Garam Masala Everest Powder.
- You need of Corriander leaves for garnish.
- Make ready 3 - 4 tablespoons of Sunflower oil.
- Take 1 tablespoon of Ghee.

- Soak the cashew in hot water for 1- 2 mins. Grind Poppy seeds, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and then add cashew and grind further..
- Marinate the chicken with the above mentioned paste for atleast 2 hours..
- Take a non stick kadai, add the chopped onion, solid garam masala (coarsely ground). Cook the chopped onion till its is transparent..
- Add the marinated chicken and cook it on slow fire without adding water as chicken would give away water and add salt to taste..
