Kaddu ki Sabji / Pumpkin curry is quite simple, quick and tasty recipe. This curry recipe can be paired along with roti or plain rice.

Ingredients of Tikki kaddu ki sabzi
- It’s 1/2 kg of tikki kadu.
- Make ready 1 of onion medium.
- Make ready 8 of Garlic cloves.
- It’s 1 inch of Adrak ka picec.
- Make ready 3 of Green chillies.
- You need 2 of Tomatoes medium size.
- It’s 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of haldi.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 of tspCoriander powder.
- Prepare 3 tsp of Fresh Coriander finely chopped.
- Make ready 1/4 of cupOil.
- Take 1 tsp of sabat garammasala.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Chicken powder.
- You need 1 cup of Water.

Tikki kaddu ki sabzi instructions
- Wash and cut finely tikki kadu.
- Roughly cut onion, tomatoes,peel cloves,adrak,1 green chilli.
- Blend well all tomato,green chilli,cloves,adrak with 1/2 cup of water.
- Add oil in a pan.
- Add garam masala whole in it.
- Saute for 1 min then add blended masala in it,phr achi tarah bhunain.
- Add all seasoning in it and mix well.
- Jab oil seprate hony lagy tu is Mein sabzi add krain.
- Jab kadu gal jae tu is Mein chicken powder Mix karain 1 min bhunain.
- Ab is par adrak,and green chillies ko cut kar ke add karain and 1/2 cup Pani add karain dum or 5 min ke liye rakhain slow flame par.
- Enjoy with fresh roti with lemon and green chillies ke achar ke sath, garnish with fresh coriander.
