Ingredients of Chicken Pakoda
- Prepare 500 gm of Chicken.
- Make ready 5-10 of cashew nuts chopped.
- Make ready 1 of medium onion chopped.
- You need 10-12 of curry leaves chopped.
- Make ready 2-3 of green chilli chopped.
- Take 1 tbsp of yogurt.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger paste.
- It’s 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- Take 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1 cup of chickpea flour.
- It’s as needed of Oil to deep fry.
Chicken Pakoda step by step
- First take a bowl in it add the chicken pieces. In the chicken pieces ginger paste, garlic paste, salt mix them well and set aside for 10 minutes..
- After 10 minutes add cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder. Mix it well..
- Now add the cashew nuts, onion, green chilli, curry leaves into the chicken pieces. And mix it well. Now add the yogurt mix it well then add the chickpea flour and mix it well..
- Now heat oil in a kadhai when the oil is medium hot add in the chicken pieces one by one. Fry them and then take out in a paper napkin..
- Serve the chicken pakodas hot with lemon wedges and green chutney..
