Ingredients of Samosa with aloo stuffing
- You need 8 of Boiled Potato.
- Take 1 cup of All purpose flour.
- You need 1 tbsp of onion seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of baking soda.
- You need 1 tbsp of oil.
- Make ready 1 of medium onion.
- Make ready 3 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Take of Chopped Coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of fennel seeds.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of whole coriander seeds.
- You need 1 tbsp of curry leaves.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of each dry spices (slt,red chilli,turmeric).
- You need 1 tbsp of garam masala.
- It’s 4 tbsp of peanuts.
- You need 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
- You need 1/2 cup of green peas.
- You need of Oil for fry.

- Preheat a pan with oil and add mustard seeds, fennel and peanuts and saute..

- It's time to add dry spices and salt..
- Now add boiled potatoes and mix for 5 minutes..
- Now take maida, salt, baking soda and onion seeds and mix together to make s semi soft dough..
- Now leave the dough for 15 mins and then roll into chapati shape..
- Cut from between and take one part and give it a cone shape..
- Fill the potato stuffing and paste the corners..
- Fry in a deep pan until it turns golden brown in low flame..
- Serve hot with chutney and sauce..
