- For rolls and pakode.
- Mash boiled potatoes add chopped onion, peas and all spice mix well.
- Take grated paneer in another bowl and add all spices.
- Take third bowl put besan salt, ajwain, turmeric powder, little red chilli powder and mix well by adding water and make flowing batter.
- Take one piece bread slice cut it's side soak bread in water and squeeze the water put the batter in it and make the rolls of paneer and potatoes.
- Take two slices of bread and cut into two pieces i.e triangle shaped.
- Apply green chutney and the batter on the slice of bread and cover the other triangle on it.
- Dip the triangle shaped pakode in the besan batter and fry in the oil.
- Similarly fry the rolls.
- Serve it with green coriander chutney and saunth.
