Chicken masala gravy instructions
- First wash the chicken for seven times and put the salt and turmeric powder to mix it well and add the Ginger garlic paste to magnet for 30 mins.
- Then take a pan to put the pepper,cumin seeds, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, stone flower, Anis,bay leaf, Chinna mon,dry chilli, cardamom,cashnew nut to fry it for five mins.let it cool down to transfer the mixie.
- Jar to grind it well.next take a pan put an oil,onion, tomatoes, curry masala powder, turmeric powder, coconut grated to Cook it well and grinding it..
- Take a cooker put an oil,bay leaf, add the magnet chicken and to put the dry roasted powder,masala to add the vessel and add some water,salt mix it well and cook for ten minutes it ready to serve it.if you are going to Cook in sand vessel it's take 20 mins…it's very tasty try it..
