Ingredients of Chicken stuffed pointed gourd curry
- It’s 350 gram of pointed gourd.
- Make ready 200 gram of chicken kheema.
- You need 1 of onion sliced.
- Make ready 1 of ginger paste.
- Take 1 teaspoon of garlic paste.
- Take 1 of tomato pureed.
- Take 1 tablespoon of Poppy seed paste.
- Take 1.5 tablespoon of cashew and raisins paste.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of jeera seeds.
- Make ready 1 of bay leaf.
- Take 1 teaspoon of red chilli Powder.
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- You need To taste of salt and sugar.
- It’s As needed of oil.

Chicken stuffed pointed gourd curry step by step
- Wash and peel the parwals.
- Deseed it and keep aside.
- Now heat oil in a pan add Onion slices and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears.
- Now add the kheema and mix well and cover it.
- As the kheema gets soft and moist add red chilli powder and tomato puree.
- Mix sugar and garam masala powder and remove.
- Now take the parwals and stuff them with the mixture.
- Heat oil in the same pan and fry the parwals,.
- Cover it and cook till it become soft and changes colour.
- In another pan add oil and temper jeera seeds and bay leaf.
- Add onion slices fry well till becomes golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder.
- Add red chilli Powder and tomato puree.
- As it gets fried well add poppy seeds paste and cashew raisins paste.
- Mix well and pour it into the pan where parwals are being fried.
- Combine all the ingredients with the parwals.
- Add sugar and garam masala powder.
- The chicken stuffed pointed gourd curry is ready.
