This Laksa recipe is just like the laksa you get from real Malaysian laksa joints. You can't just dump Laksa - the iconic Malaysian spicy coconut noodle soup!

Ingredients of Chicken Laksa
- Take 1/2 of BBQ Chicken (roughly shredded).
- You need 1 cup of Vermicelli Noodles.
- Take 1/3 cup of Laksa Paste.
- Prepare 1 cup of Fresh (or canned) Bean Sprouts.
- You need 1/3 cup of Bamboo Slices.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Vegetable oil.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of Fresh Coriander Leaves.
- You need 370 ml of Light Coconut Milk.
- Take 3 cup of Chicken stock.
- Take 1/2 of Cucumber (finely sliced).
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Palm Sugar or Brown Sugar.
- It’s 1/2 of Lime (cut into wedges).
- Make ready 2 of Shallots (sprigs not bunches).
- Take 2 tsp of Fried Shallot (optional).
