- You need 1 kg of chicken cut into pieces.
- It’s 500 grams of either tinned spinach ,or use two bunches of leaves.
- It’s 1/2 cup of natural yogurt.

- You need 2 tsp of chopped or pressed garlic.
- You need 4 of green chillies chopped very fine.
- You need 1 cup of tomato puree.
- It’s 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- Make ready 2 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala.
- It’s 1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of cashew nuts.
- Take 1 tbsp of blanched ,peeled almonds.
- It’s 1 tbsp of white poppy seeds.
- You need 1/2 cup of thick cream.
- Prepare 1 pinch of salt to taste.
- It’s 1 tbsp of butter to fry.
- It’s 2 cup of warm water.

- heat butter and chilli onion a garlic for 5-6 minute on low heat,and all spice except garam masala fry for two minutes.
- and tomato puree,cook for two minutes. and spinach and seedpaste,salt mix well.and marinated chicken fold in and cook for thirty minutes until chicken is tender,add the thickened cream.Mix well. serve with rice or naan.
