Ingredients of Kolhapuri Style Spicy Chicken Curry

  1. Take 500 gm of Chicken.
  2. Make ready 2 tbsp of Coriander leaves paste.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of Garlic paste.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger paste.
  5. You need 1 tsp of Green chilli paste.
  6. It’s of Making paste.
  7. It’s 2 tbsp of Grated coconut.
  8. Take 6-7 pieces of Cashew nuts.
  9. It’s 1 tbsp of Poppy seeds.
  10. Prepare 3-4 of cardamom.
  11. It’s 3-4 of cloves.
  12. Prepare 1-2 of cinemon.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin.
  14. You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
  15. Take 1/2 cup of Tomato chopped.
  16. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp of Kashmiri laal mirch.
  18. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
  19. Make ready 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  20. Prepare As needed of Chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Kolhapuri Style Spicy Chicken Curry instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl marinated the chicken with Coriander paste,garlic paste,ginger paste,green chilli paste & little bit salt. Marinated it atist 1 hour..
  2. Makiing paste:-

In a mixer grinder add coconut,cashew nuts,poppy seeds & whole spices and blend it very smoothly..

  1. Making Curry:-Heat oil in a pan add tomato and satue..
  2. Then add the paste and satue. Add salt,red chilli powder,cummin powder,Coriander powder and satue..
  3. Add marinated chicken and mix it. Cover and cook 5-6 min & then add water and stir..
  4. Cook it till the chicken is complitly cooked.
  5. Garnished with chopped Coriander and serve hot..
