Ingredients of Veg Bread roll
- Make ready 4-6 of Slices White bread.
- Prepare 2-3 of Boiled potatoes.
- You need to taste of salt.
- Take 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
- It’s 13-15 of cashew nuts.
- You need 30 grams of frozen/fresh peas.
- You need 3-4 of Green chiili (chopped)-.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Garlic and ginger (grated).
- Take 1 tsp of turmeric.
- Prepare 1 tsp of roasted cumin seeds.
- You need 1/5 tsp of garam masala.

- Mash the boiled potatoes properly..
- Turn on the flame, heat a pan and add oil.let the oil heat properly..
- Add green chillies, ginger, peas and garlic in a hoy oil.Fry it for a minute on medium flame..
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder. Mix it and cook it for few seconds..
- Add cashew and fry it for a minute. add mashed potatoes to it. Mix it well.add garam masala, roasted cumin powder.add salt to taste.mix it and cook for 2-3 mins..
- Remove the edges of the bread and dip into plain water for 3-4 seconds and squeeze the water gently..
- Put Stuffing in the middle and roll it from all sides put the rolls in hot oil and fry on medium flame until it turns into golden colour..
- Now serve it with tomato ketchup..
