I made Oreo Ice flake, which is called Bing-su in Korean. You can make this without any blender or sh.

- You need 1 cup of Whole milk.
- You need 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Clear syrup.
- Make ready 1 1/2 of Chocolate or caramel syrup ( optional ).
- Make ready 1 of Ice-cream ( I choose Vanila but you can choose other ).
- Take 4 of Oreo ( chocolate sandwich cookies ).

- Mix clear syrup with milk and yogurt. Stir until well-combined and pour into ice cubes tray and freeze for at least 4 hours in the freezer..
- Shave milk ice cubes in the ice shaving machine..
- Divide Oreo cookies and remove the cream inside the sandwich cookies. You can put the cream as a topping of the shaved ice too !! It 's great ..
- Put Oreos in the plastic bag and finely crush them with a rolling pin or other materials..
- Top the milk ice shave with crushed Oreo and Vanila ice cream scoop. You can top with some chocolate or caramel syrup..
