- It’s 1 of Chopped tomato.

- Take 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Take 1 tsp of Chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- Prepare As required of Salt.

- It’s 2 tsp of Optional : fresh cream.
- Take handful of Coriander leaves.

- Cut mushroom into small pieces..
- Heat oil in a pan add onion, tomato, green chillies, and ginger garlic paste. Saute well..

- Now add the mushroom and cook well. (Don't add water as mushroom itself contain water).
- Cook well for 3 to 4 minutes then add fresh cream and coriander leaves..
- Serve hot with chapati or stuff inside the bread as mushroom sandwich..
