Ingredients of Kaddu ki Bhujya
- Take 1/2 kg of Chaman Kaddu.
- Prepare 1 of small onion.
- Take of Oil as required.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- Take 1 tsp of black peper crushed.
- Prepare 2 of Green chillies.
- Take 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.

- Washed and cut vegies and keep aside.
- Take a pen and put some oil and fried onion till it soften add tomatoes green chillies….black peper…..salt and turmeric powder and bhonofy….
- When masala bhonofied than add kaddu and mix well……
- No need to add water….cover with lid and cook on slow flame….
- Check water dried than bhonofy till oil comes out now it's ready.
- Chaman Kaddu bhujya is ready to serve….so dish out and serve with your choice.
