Ingredients of Kaddu kay koftay
- You need of Note….namak or red chilli powder hisab say dalni hai…gravy mein b or mixture m bhi kay balance ho jaye.
- It’s 250 gm of kaddu grated (bottle ground).
- Prepare of Mixture ingredients.
- Prepare 45 gm of baisan (gram flour).
- Make ready 2 gm of salt.
- Take 3 gm of red chilli powder.
- You need 1.5 gm of garam masala.
- Take 1.5 gm of anardana.
- Make ready 1.5 gm of whole dry coriander.
- Take of Oil for frying.
- It’s of For gravy:-.
- Take of Gravy masla (onion, tomato, lehasan adrak ka paste, green chilies.
- Prepare 2-3 piece of potato cut in thin piece.
- You need of Salt , red chilli powder and turmeric powder half tsp, all these ingredients for gravy.
- Take 2 glass of Water.

Kaddu kay koftay step by step
- Kaddu ko wash kijye or grate kar liyen.
- Isko boil kar liyen pani mein…or then achi tarah say nichor laiyen…ta ke us mein aik b drop pani ka na ho.
- Then is mein…baisan..salt red chilli.gram masla..coriander or andar dana dal ke mix kar lo.
- Oil ko garam kariyen. In ke balls baniyen or halki flame pay fry kar liyen.
- Gravy ka mixture bana laiyen.
- Is mein cube cutting potato dal ke cook kar liyen.
- Jub wo thora sa cook o jaiyn tou is mein koftay dal kay light flame mein cook kijye…..
- Then add 2 glasss of water and cook for 10 minute. And in the last sprinkle some coriander and some garam masala..serve hot with roti……
