Chicken Manchuria Recipe. How to prepare it? What are the ingredients? Cooking tips and more… This is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i will make it a little bit tasty.
Here is the best “Chicken Manchuria” recipe we have found so far. This is gonna smell and look delicious.
Ingredients of Chicken Manchuria
- It’s of Chinese Red Chilli Paste:.
- Take of Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 1/2 Cup.
- Make ready of Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ Cup Tomato ketchup 4 tbs.
- Make ready 1 pinch of Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder).
- Take 1 pinch of Namak (Salt).
- Make ready of Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required.
- It’s 1 Cup of Oil.
- It’s of Sizzling Manchurian:.
- It’s of Chicken boneless cubes 250 gms.
- You need 1 tbs of Corn flour.
- Make ready 1/2 of Anda (Egg) beaten.
- It’s of Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste.
- Take 1 pinch of Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder).
- Prepare 2 tbs of Cooking oil for frying Cooking oil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Lehsan (Garlic) chopped.
- You need 4 tbs of Tomato ketchup.
- It’s 1 tbs of Lemon juice.
- It’s of Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs.
- You need 1 tbs of Cheeni (Sugar).
- Take of Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder).
- Take 1/2 tsp of Chicken powder.
- It’s of Prepared chinese red chilli pasta 2 tbs or to taste.
- You need of Tamatar (Tomato) cubes ½ Cup.
- Make ready of Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required.
- Make ready 1 tbs of Corn flour.
- Make ready 1-2 tbs of Pani (Water).
- You need of Makhan (Butter).
Chicken Manchuria step by step
- For Chinese Red Chilli Paste: In chopper,add garlic,chop well & set aside..
- In bowl,add red chilli powder,tomato ketchup,white pepper powder,salt and water,mix well & set aside..
- In wok,add oil,chopped garlic and fry until golden brown..
- Now add prepared red chilli paste,mix well and cook until oil separates (3-4 minutes) & set aside..
- Can be store in air tight container for up to 1 month on shelf..
- For Sizzling Manchurian: In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,corn flour,egg,salt,white pepper powder and mix well..
- In wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken until light golden & set aside..
- In wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.
Add fried chicken cubes and mix well..
- Add tomato ketchup,lemon juice and mix well..
- Add vinegar,sugar,salt,white pepper powder,chicken powder and mix well..
- Add 2 tbs of prepared chinese red chilli paste and mix well..
- Add ginger,tomato and mix well.
Add water and mix well..
- In water,add corn flour and mix well..
- Gradually add dissolve corn flour and cook until sauce thickens..
- On sizzling plate,add butter and let it melt,add chicken manchurian and serve with fried rice..
