  16. Prepare 1 of & half kg Boneless Chicken.
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp of Black pepper.

  27. Take 1 cup of Tomato Ketchup.
  28. You need 1 cup of Water.
  29. Take 10-12 of Red whole chilli.

Shashlik With Fried Rice instructions

  1. Chinese Rice method: Heat oil in pan & add eggs. Cook it until eggs scrambled & cook well and chop into small pieces. Then keep aside for later use..
  2. Heat oil in wok; add chopped garlic cloves and stir-fry until garlic turn a nice brown colour, about 3-4 minutes..
  3. Add Cabbage, Capsicum and Carrot & cook 1-2 mins. Then add Salt, White pepper, Chicken Powder and Add rice, scrambled chopped egg to rice mixture and fold in stir-fry for 1 minute more; serve..
  4. Chinese Fried Rice is ready..
  5. Shashlik method: In cooking pot, add cooking oil, ginger & garlic paste,, cook for 2-3 minutes until raw aroma goes away. Then add boneless chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now add Black pepper, White pepper, Chicken powder, Red chilli powder, Salt, Paprika powder, Vinegar, Red chilli sauce, Black soya sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Water and mix it. Cook for 10-12 minutes..
  7. Afterward add red chilli whole, capsicum, onion, tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes and add chicken stock, and corn flour mixed with water..
