Ingredients of Kaddu Ka Raita
- It’s 250-300 gms of Yellow Pumpkin.
- Prepare 500 ml of (4-5 cups) Curd.
- You need 1.5 tbsp of Mustard Oil.
- You need 3-4 of Garlic Cloves.
- You need 3/4 tsp of Mustard Seeds.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida Powder.
- Take 1/4 tsp of Sugar.
- It’s 2-3 of Green Chillies, slit from the middle.
- You need 6-8 of Curry Leaves.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of Fresh Coriander Leaves.

- Heat the mustard oil in a tadka pan, add the mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, garlic and curry leaves. Allow it to crackle until the garlic turns golden brown..
- Add the pumpkin to the curd, gently mix and pour the sizzling tadka on top..
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve with a regular Indian meal..
