Ingredients of Tiranga Pulao
- Make ready 1 cup of rice, soaked, Rinsed & 90% cooked.
- Make ready 2-3 tbsp of carrot, boiled, cut into small piece.
- It’s 2-3 tbsp of peas, boiled.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of capsicum, boiled cut into small pieces.
- Make ready 2-3 tbsp of paneer, cut into small pieces.
- It’s 1/4 cup of spinach puree.

- It’s 3 tbsp of ginger+ Garlic+ onion paste.
- It’s 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- Take 1 tsp of garam masala.
- Take 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It’s 2-3 tbsp of oil.

- Orange Rice:- Take a nonstick pan Heat oil add ginger+ Garlic+ onion paste saute for 2-3 minutes, Now add all spices stir well add half cooked rice, pinch of orange food colour, carrot pieces, salt mix well cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. Ready..
- White Rice:- Take a nonstick pan Heat oil add onion, ginger, garlic paste saute for 2-3 minutes add salt and cooked rice and paneer piece stir well cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Green Rice:- Heat oil in a non-stick pan add Onion, ginger, garlic paste saute for 2 minutes, add spinach puree and all spices stir well cook for 2-3 minutes, Now add cooked rice, boiled peas, capsicum stir well cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Ready.
Sprinkle a teaspoon of ghee over the pulao before removing from the heat and garnish with the vegetables and the coriander leaves in.The appearance of this dish resembles the Indian flag (hence the name).Made using the fin long grains of Basmati rice, this one is absolutely delicious.
