Ingredients of Biko

  1. Make ready 1 1/2 cup of glutinous rice.
  2. Prepare 2 cup of water.
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of coco milk.
  4. You need 1 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
  5. You need 1/8 tsp of lemon grind.
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of coco milk for latik.

  1. Soaked rice for few hours. Cook rice with 2 cups of water for about 15 - 20 minutes..

  4. Place in prepared tray. Let it cool. Put aome latik on top and serve..
