Ingredients of Schezwan Chilli Potatoes with Jeera Rice
- Make ready 4 of large potato, wedges.
- Take 1 tsp of salt.
- Take 3 tbsp of corn flour.
- It’s 2 tsp of Schezwan Sauce(Chings).
- You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Make ready As needed of Oil for deep frying.
- Take 2 clove of garlic, finely chopped.
- You need 1 inch of ginger, finely chopped.
- Make ready 2 of green chilli, slit.
- Take 1/4 tbsp of onions, chopped.
- You need 1/2 of capsicum, cubed.
- Make ready 1 tsp of chilli sauce.
- It’s 2 tbsp of tomato sauce.
- It’s 2 tbsp of soya sauce.
- Take 1 tsp of Ajinomoto.
- Take 1 tbsp of vinegar.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of water.
- You need 2 tbsp of honey.
- Make ready 1 tsp of sesame / til, roasted.
Schezwan Chilli Potatoes with Jeera Rice instructions
- First Take a large pan and boil water for potatoes Cut the Potatoes in rectangle shapes shown below Boil it for 4 minutes only..
- Now pour corn flour,black pepper powder,salt,schezwan sauce on 3/4 boiled potatoes.mix it well till all potatoes properly coated.than take pan and heat sufficient oil for fry these potato wedges.Fry till light golden in colour shown below..
- Further take a large kadai, heat oil and saute chopped garlic, chopped ginger,slit green chilli and chopped onions and capsicum on medium flame.Now add chilli sauce,ajinomoto, tomato sauce, soya sauce, schezwan sauce, vinegar and salt.saute on high flame for 30 seconds.Turn off the flame and add honey and mix well..
- Further add fried potato and mix gently.add roasted sesame seeds.mix well..
- Finally, serve Schezwan chilli potato hot with Jeera rice..
