Ingredients of Poha - Avalakki Upitu
- Prepare 1 cup of Thick poha.
- It’s of Oil for tempering.
- It’s 1 of Onion.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 4 of Green chillies.
- It’s as needed of Curry Leaves.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Grated coconut.
- Prepare as needed of Chopped coriander leaves.

Poha - Avalakki Upitu step by step
- Soak the thick poha in water for 10 minutes..
- Chop onion and cut green chillies. In a pan add oil for tempering and add curry leaves, onion and chillies. Saute till onions turn golden brown..
- Then add turmeric powder as per requirement. mix the soaked poha..
- Add chopped coriander leaves, grated coconut and mix properly. Squeeze lemon according to your taste..
- Serve hot and enjoy your breakfast..
