- It’s 1 of small cup Oats.
- Prepare 1 of small cup curd.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of salt.
- You need as needed of Sufficient water for soaking and for prepareing batter,.
- You need 2 tbsp of pizza sauce.
- Take 2 tbsp of chopped green bell pepper.
- Take 2 tbsp of chopped yellow bell pepper.
- Take 2 tbsp of chopped red bell pepper.
- You need 1 of white Onion (organic) sliced.
- Make ready 1 of small tomato sliced.
- You need 1 cup of Or as needed Gratted Whole milk mozzarella.
- Take 1 tsp of chilli flakes.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of mixed herbs.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- You need as needed of Drizzling with ketchup.
Poha Oats Uttapam Pizza instructions
- Soak poha and oats in sufficient water for 5-7min..
- After that blend it in a blender with little water and make smooth paste..
- Take it into a bowl, add curd, salt and sufficient water to it and mix well..
- Put a nonstick pan /tawa on stove heat it and apply olive oil to it..
- Close the lid for 2 minutes and turn to other side and again close the lid..
- Just cook it for 60% and take it into a plate..
- Then apply pizza sauce and grated chesse..
- Cook it for 5 to 10 mins and open the lid..
- After that add veggies one by one and top with cheese and again put it on pan and close the lid..
- Check whether it is cooked or not.If not cook for 5 more minutes and take into serving plate..
- Garnish with red chilli flakes and Drizzle with organic ketchup..
- Pizza is ready…
