Ingredients of Fudge Cake Brownie
- You need 1 Block of melted Darkcompound chocolate - i used Dairy land dark.
- Make ready 1 Cup of sugar.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of milk.
- You need 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla and Chocolate essence.
- Take 1.5 cup of All purpose flour.
- Take 1 Cup of Cocoa.
- It’s 1/2 cup of Unsalted butter - But i used Magarine.
- Prepare 2 of Eggs.
Fudge Cake Brownie step by step
- Melt the chocolate compound in hot water - basically adding water in a container and the block in a different one then dip it in for 10 mins.
- In a bowl add the butter/ magarine plus sugad and mix well.
- Add in the eggs one by one to step two and mix well.
- Add the melted compound to step 3 and mix well.
- Add the Vanilla and chocolate essence plus Milk and mix well to step 4.
- Add the sieved flour and cocoa to step 5 and mix well.
- Transfer step 6 to a baking tray - make sure its well lined with magarine and flour.
- Bake for 30 mins depending on how your oven is at 180°c - A tip, please check after every 10 mins to make sure its okay.
