Ingredients of Corn Casserole

  1. Take 1 can of whole kernel corn, drained (15.25oz).
  2. Prepare 1 can of cream style corn (14 3/4 oz).
  3. Take 1 (8 oz) of package corn muffin mix (recommended: Jiffy).
  4. You need 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter, melted.
  5. Take 1 cup of sour cream.
  6. Prepare 1-1 1/2 cup of Shredded cheddar cheese.

Corn Casserole step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter..
  3. Pour into a greased 9 by 13 inch casserole dish..
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with cheddar. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted..
  5. Let it stand for at least 5 minutes and then serve warm..
