Ingredients of Indo-Chinese Lollipop

  11. You need 2 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped.
  12. Take 3-4 of bread slice crums.
  13. Take For of batter:-.
  14. Take 1/2 cup of maida.
  15. Prepare 1/2 cup of cornflour.
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  18. It’s to taste of Salt.
  19. It’s 1/4 tsp of pepper powder.
  20. Take 1/4 cup of water.
  21. Make ready as required of Water.

  23. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
  24. It’s 1 tbsp of chopped ginger garlic.
  25. It’s 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
  26. You need 1 tsp of white vinegar.
  27. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  28. It’s 2 tbsp of red chilli sauce.
  29. It’s 1 tbsp of cornflour.
  30. Prepare 2 tbsp of water.

Indo-Chinese Lollipop instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Additionally add bread crumbs and mix well..
  2. Form a soft dough add more bread crumbs if required. Now prepare small sized balls..
  3. For batter:- Mix all the ingredients and mix well. Dip lollipop in the batter..
  4. Further roll and coat with bread crumbs all the sides..
  5. Deep fry in hot oil or bake at 180℃ for 12 minutes..
  6. Stir occasionally and fry on medium flame till turns golden brown..
  7. Insert icecream stick in the lollipop.
  8. For sauce:- Heat oil in kadhai add ginger garlic and saute for a second..
  9. Add red chilli sauce, vinegar and salt and mix well..
  10. Add cornflour paste and mix well. Cook 1 minutes..
  11. Dip lollipop in sauce and serve with sauce and salad..
