Hello everybody, welcome to my recipe site. Today I will show you how to prepare a special dish, Mattar Lollipop. It is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i’am gonna make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna really delicious.

Ingredients of Mattar Lollipop

  1. You need 200 gm of green peas.
  2. Take 4 of green chilli.
  3. It’s 1/2 inch of ginger.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of green coriander.
  5. You need as needed of Oil.
  6. It’s 1 1/2 cup of Wheat flour /multigrain flour.
  7. You need to taste of Salt.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
  9. Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  10. It’s 1/4 tsp of fennel seeds.
  11. You need 1 pinch of asafoetida.
  12. You need 1/4 tsp of Kalaunji1/4 tspn.
  13. You need 1 pinch of Baking soda.
  14. Prepare of Carom seeds 1/4 t spn.
  15. Make ready 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder.
  16. Take 1 tbsp of gram flour.
  17. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.

Mattar Lollipop step by step

  1. Grind together green peas, green chillies, coriander n ginger rougly..
  2. Grease Appam pan n keep it on low flame, take a small piece of dough n roll it..stuff a small ball of peas mixture on it n cover it from all the sides, make a small ball. Put this balls in preheated Appam pan pour few drops of oil on it n cover it..
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cumin, n kalaunji in it when it started cracking add asafoetida (hing) in it, then add roughly crushed peas mixture in it. Mix it well.. Add gram flour in it n stir it.. Add salt, turmeric pwder, fennel seeds,garam masala in it n mix properly.. Cook 4-5 minutes more,you can cover it while cooking..
  4. Make medium soft a dough with wheat flour, Salt, carom seeds, baking soda, oil using Luke warm water n keep it for rest 15-20 minutes..
  5. Cook this lollipops in between sauteing it till golden brown color..
  6. Attache toothpicks to lollipops n serve it with ketchup or chutany..
