- First chicken ko wash kar ke adrak lehsan 1 tsp, red chilli 1/2 tsp, salt aur 1/2/cup water ke sath stove par rakhden aur chicken ka pani dry karlen. phir is ko shredded kar lein..
- Phir ik pan me cabbage aur jalapenos ko light fry karen.chopped onion add karden.potato b add kar sakte hain.phir isme chicken add karden. then soy sauce, sirka, red chilli powder, zeera powder, salt, chinese salt add kar ke thora cook karen..
- Upar se chopped coriander leaves sprinkle karden. Hamara stuff ready hai.
- Ab Bread ke corners cut kar lein..
- Phir isay halka bail lein..
- Phir is ke mid me chicken stuff rakhen.
- Saray corner par atay ka gum bana kar lagayen.ta ke ye stick ho jayen..
- Ab is ko roll ki shape deden..
- Coating ke ingredients ik jaga kar lein. egg me thora salt aur black pepper dal ke beat kar lwn..
- First flour ki coating karlen..
- Then egg beat kar ke usme dip kar ke crumbs ki coating karen..
- Yahan hamare all rolls ready ho chuke hain ab hum inhen fridge me 1/2 hr ke liye rakh denge ta ke ye set ho jaye..
- 1/2 hr ke baf hum isay nikal lenge.
- Ik fry pain me oil ko garamkar ke ye roll deep fry kar lenge.
- Jese he is ki dono side golden brown ho jaye gi hum isay oil se alag kar lenge..
- Hamare bread roll ready hain. serve it with chutney and ketcup..
