- Take to taste of Red chilli powder.

- It’s 1 and half tsp of Fenugreek seeds.
- Prepare 3 medium size of Onions.
- It’s to taste of Red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 2 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of Whole spice powder.
- You need 1 n half tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Make ready Half cup of water.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- Make ready half kg of Yogurt.
- Make ready 2 and half tbsp of Dried fenugreek leaves.
- Make ready 3/4-1 cup of Oil.

- Wash and pat dry fish and marinate it with red chilli powder and salt for 5 mins..
- Now deep fry them in preheated oil for 2 to 3 mins.. don't over fry them as fish will break into pieces when in gravy…
- Now grind onion with red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, whole spice powder, ginger garlic and salt..
- Now in a big wok take approximately 3/4 to 1 cup of oil, heat it and add fenugreek seeds in it, fry for 2 to 3 secs..
- Now add grinded onion mixture in it. & bhunofy it on high flame until oil separates..
- Meanwhile beat yogurt and add dried fenugreek and half cup of water in it. And keep it aside..
- Now spread fried fish pcs on it, try not to over lap them… now move your wok slowly to cover the masala on fish, don't stir it with spoon..
- Now add yogurt and fenugreek mixture and let it boil for 2 mins. Now let it simmer for about 5 mins and turn off the stove..
- Serve it with boil rice 😋.
