Ingredients of Whole Wheat Cake
- It’s 1 cup of Whole wheat flour.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Baking powder.
- You need 1/4 teaspoon of Baking soda.
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of Salt.
- It’s 1/4 cup of Refined oil.
- You need 1/2 cup of Sugar (adjustable as per taste).
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of Curd.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence.
- You need 3 tablespoon of Milk powder.
- Take as required of Chocolate syrup or ganache (for topping).

- Now take a kadhai. Add salt to the base, put a tripod stand on the salt. Place a plate over it. Cover and preheat for 10 minutes. After ten minutes remove the lid and place the tin on the plate, cover it well and cook for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove the lid after 40 minutes and insert a toothpick into the cake. If it comes clean, your cake is ready. Else cook it little more..
